Day 2 ARRIVE DALHOUSIE

Arrive Dalhousie, then transfer to your Hotel . Check-in to the hotel.Late in the afternoon, proceed for a short tour of Dalhousie visiting Panchpula, St. Francis and St Johns Church. Stroll at Garam Sadakh.Enjoy your dinner.Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 3 DALHOUSIE / KHAJJIAR EXCURSION

Morning after breakfast, proceed for a day return excursion to Khajjiar (22 km), popularly known as "Mini Switzerland". The exquisite glade of Khajjiar (1960 m) has a circumference of about 5 km. Along its fringes, thick forests of deodar climb the slopes, and the snowline rests above these woods. At Khajjiar there is a 12th century temple dedicated to KhajjI Nag. Within the temple are life-size wooden images of the five Pandava brothers.Return to Dalhousie in the evening. Enjoy your dinner and a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 4 DALHOUSIE/ DELHI OR CHANDIGARH

After breakfast check out from the hotel and board your train or Bus for your onward destination.

Dharamshala is a city in the upper reaches of the Kangra Valley and is surrounded by dense coniferous forest consisting mainly of stately Deodar cedar trees. The suburbs include McLeodGanj, Bhagsunath, Dharamkot, Naddi, ForsythGanj, Kotwali Bazaar (the main market), Kaccheri Adda Dari, Ramnagar, Sidhpur, and Sidhbari (where the Karmapa is based). The village of McLeodGanj, lying in the upper reaches, is known worldwide for the presence of the Dalai Lama.

 DALHOUSIE

Dalhousie is a hill station in Chamba district in the northern state of Himachal Pradesh. It is situated on 5 hills. Dalhousie is situated between 6,000 and 9,000 feet (2,700 m) above sea level. The best time to visit is in the summer, and the peak tourist season is from May to September. Dalhousie is a gateway to the ancient Chamba Hill State, now Chamba District of the state of Himachal Pradesh of India. Chamba is the hub of this culture. Bharmour, the ancient capital of this kingdom, is home to the Gaddi and Gujjar tribes and has 84 ancient temples dating from the 7th–10th century AD.
