When you access, browse or use this Site, you accept without limitation or qualification, the terms and conditions set forth herein.These terms and conditions of use and any additional terms posted on this site together constitute the entire agreement between Indian Holidays and you with respect to use of this site

  • Indian Holidays has endeavored to ensure that all the information provided by it is correct, but Indian Holidays neither warrants nor makes any representations regarding the quality, accuracy or completeness of any data or information. Indian Holidays makes no warranty, express or implied, concerning the Website or offline offers and/or its contents and disclaims all warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and warranties of in respect of services, including any liability, responsibility or any other claim, whatsoever, in respect of any loss, whether direct or consequential, to any User or any other person, arising out of or from the use of any such information.
  • Although Indian Holidays makes reasonable commercial efforts to ensure that the description and content in the Terms & Conditions and on each page of the Website or offline offers is correct, it does not, however, take responsibility for changes that occurred due to human or data entry errors or for any loss or damages suffered by any User or any other person due to any information contained herein.The material in this site could include technical inaccuracies or typographical errors.Indian Holidays may make changes/modificaions or improvement on the site at any time.
  • The materials on this Site are provided on an "As Is" basis, without warranties of any kind either expressed or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Indian Holidays disclaims all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
  • Indian Holidays does not warrant that the functions contained in this Site will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that this Site or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components, but shall endeavour to ensure your fullest satisfaction. Indian Holidays does not warrant or make any representations regarding the use of or the result of the use of the material on the Site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise, insofar as such material is derived from other service providers such as airlines, hotel owners and tour operators.
  • You acknowledge that this Site is provided only on the basis set out in these terms and conditions. Your uninterrupted access or use of this Site on this basis may be prevented by certain factors outside our reasonable control including, without limitation, the unavailability, inoperability or interruption of the Internet or other telecommunications services or as a result of any maintenance or other service work carried out on this Website. Indian Holidays does not accept any responsibility and will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever arising out of or in connection with any ability/inability to access or to use the Site.
  • Indian Holidays does not, by offering travel related services to particular destinations, represent or warrant that travel to such destinations is without risk, and shall not be liable for damages or losses that may result from travel to such destinations.
  • Per person rates (In Indian Rupees unless or untill specifically mentioned) - Applicable on minimum 2 persons travelling & staying together sharing the same room.
  • Above is quotation only and no Room or transport arrangements are reserved. In case of unavailability in mentioned hotels, alternate hotel will be arranged in a similar category hotel.Airline seats & hotel rooms are always subject to availability at the time of booking.
  • Visa is granted as per the rules and regulations of concerned Embassy or high Commissions and visa fees are non-refundable. As granting or rejecting visas and immigration clearance is the sole prerogative of the concerned sovereign governments, Indian Holidays shall neither be responsible in case of non-granting of such documents nor liable for any delay, denial or other related act/omission or for any loss, expense, damage or cost resulting there from.
  • Gala dinners on Christmas and New Years Eve are not included in the tour price.
  • Transportation as per itinerary only (not available at disposal).
  • It is important that you respect the timings for your sightseeing and airport transfers failing you may miss the transport service and you have to make your own arrangements to reach the destination.
  • The above package is not valid during national holidays, public holidays, festivals, trade fairs, exhibitions, and long weekends. A surcharge will be levied and will be advised at the time of booking.
  • Indian Holidays reserves the right to change/modify or terminate the offer any time at its own discretion and without any prior notice due to, factors and circumstances beyond our control like traffic problems, weather conditions, fairs, festivals, sport events, political/religious gatherings, strikes, change of management/closure of hotels/restaurants, over booking of hotels/flights, cancellation/ re-routing of flights or railway, closure of / restricted entry at a place of sightseeing may result in changes in the services / itineraries. We therefore, reserve the absolute right to alter, amend, change or modify the Tour Package, Itineraries, Tour Schedule, the Travel Plan and sightseeing. Where we may know of these sufficiently in advance we would notify you, otherwise our Tour Managers or local representative/s would inform you of the changes on the spot.In case the alternate arrangements made are materially superior as compared to the ones described in the website, we may charge extra for the same anytime.In case the alternate arrangements made are materially superior as compared to the ones described in the website, we may charge extra for the same anytime.
  • Rates are subject to change in case of change in airport taxes, hotel rates, rate of exchange, transport rates, Government taxes or entrance fees.
  • Package rates are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Meals and certain services, unless specified in the itinerary, are not included.
  • The usual check-in time at hotels is 1400 hours and check-out time is 1200 hoursEarly check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability of rooms at the sole discretion of the hotels.
  • The package cannot be combined with any other offer.
  • The above prices are calculated based on the lowest available airfare. Prices are subject to change due to non-availability of seats in the required class.
  • The rate of exchange taken for computing the International package price is based on the rate prevailing at the time of the costing of these packages and final price may differ due to the dynamic nature of exchange rate. You may opt to make full payment on the day of booking to freeze the above quote. Clients are requested to check the applied rate of exchange before processing the booking.
  • Some airlines charge extra for specific seat assignment and for the in flight meals. Most of the Low Cost carrier tickets are non refundable and attract penalty and difference in airfare for any change in travel schedule. All airlines have their respective policies with regards to Baggage, meals & seat assignment.
  • Travel Documents: Passport: 6 months minimum validity required for visas & some countries require 9 months validity, Photograph on the passport should not be too old. Hand written Passports are not accepted by the Embassies and High Commissions. A few countries allow Visa on Arrival to the Indian Passport holders. Please check with us or with respective embassies for further details. It is entirely your responsibility to arrange, provide and carry on tour valid travel documents including Passport, Visa/s and immigration clearance (if applicable), confirmed air tickets, documents confirming insurance to cover risk to life, limb and property for the duration of the tour, medical clearances, inoculation / vaccination certificates as the case may be to be able to travel as per the tour itinerary.
  • Overseas Travel Insurance Policy: We strongly recommend buying of the overseas travel Insurance comprehensive policy to cover your self against any medical or unforeseen emergencies .It will also cover the baggage loss and delay, loss of passport, trip curtailment etc.Please check the the details of full coverage in your policy document or with the respective insurance Indian Holidays. Further please note that you would have a direct contractual relation with the insurer and Indian Holidays is only a facilitator.You have to check the accuracy and correctness of the policies so obtained and in case of any errors or lapses report the same to the Insurance Indian Holidays and get the same rectified as the Indian Holidays would not be responsible for the same.
  • It shall be your duty to inform Indian Holidays in case the Client has any medical condition that may affect his ability to enjoy and pursue fully the Tour Arrangements and wherein the interest of the Group or any member thereof is prejudicially affected. Indian Holidays reserves the right to ask any Client to provide written certification of his medical fitness before departure. In the event that a medical condition has not been disclosed, the Indian Holidays is not be liable to provide any assistance or compensation.
  • The services comprising the tours are provided by independent entities that own or operate airlines, surface transportation, hotels, restaurants, kitchen caravans, caterers, ships and cruises, places of entertainment like theme parks, museums, art galleries etc. Though we select reputed suppliers, however, we have no direct control over such services or persons providing such services or their staff. We cannot be held responsible if the contemplated service is not provided by the supplier or there is a defect or deficiency in the services provided by any supplier. Consequently, any delay injury, death, loss or damage is caused on the above account does not render us liable to the Clients who have chosen us as organisers. However, in case a client is not satisfied with a particular service, we can take up the matter with the supplier if we are intimated immediately as per the process described in this document.
  • Similarly, we do not take responsibility for any act or omission of co-travellers or third parties, if it results in injury, damage or danger to the life/limb or property of any Client.
  • Payment Policy and Booking conditions: We need non-refundable booking deposit of minimum Rs.10000 per person for International Packages and Rs. 5000 per person for domestic packages to initiate the booking process; however actual deposit amount will depend upon the date of travel and date of booking.
  • Full and final payment must be paid 21 days before your departure. If date of travel is less than 7 days, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost would be required.All payment policies will be govern by the above mentioned cancellation policy or the specific cancellation policy of your booked tour or services.You can make payment by Cash/Cheque/online bank transfer however the payment by credit card may attract additional bank charges.In case of any unprecedented hike of airfare, airport taxes or hotel tariff, entrance charges , increase in government taxes and substantial increase in fuel charges the same will be charged extra. The hotel and all other services mentioned in the itinerary are subject to confirmation. All services provided and assured by the Indian Holidays are subject to full realization of payment prior to departure. If payment to the Indian Holidays is made by cheque, the Package/ tour component will be delivered only after realization of cheque/s.
  • Conditions of travel: The Client would have to strictly follow the Tour Program and return to India as per the validity of the air ticket. There shall be no refund, if the Client fails to join at the commencement of the tour, or joins the tour later or leaves the tour before culmination. It be noted that for all purposes, it shall be the responsibility of the Client to reach the place of commencement of the Tour and at the appointed place, date and time. Those clients who do not travel throughout the tour shall under no circumstances be entitled to any refund. In case a client along with his companions is compelled to discontinue the tour due to any reason whatsoever including injury, illness, death or loss of passport or any travel documents, no claim shall be entertained for refund of money paid for unutilized services. If a client is unable to reach the place of commencement of the tour due to any reason whatsoever, his booking shall be treated as 'no show' on the tour and 100% cancellation charges would be levied. There would be no refund whatsoever for the unutilized tour or main tour services. The Clients shall not behave in a manner which may cause distress or annoyance to other co-travellers or which may create the risk of danger or damage to property of the Indian Holidays, the co-travellers or others. Indian Holidays shall be under no liability to any such person.
  • Indian Holidays is only acting as an intermediary service provider between the client & the principal suppliers of the services i.e. Hoteliers, Transporters, Airlines, Railways, Shipping Companies & the other ancillary service suppliers and hence has limited liability. Indian Holidays is not the last-mile service provider to you and therefore, Indian Holidays shall not be deemed to be responsible for any deficiency in services provided by the principal & ancillary suppliers. Indian Holidays has the right to amend or alter the itinerary due to the reasons beyond its control keeping in mind the larger interest of the client. It shall be the solely the clients responsibility to hold valid documents & statutory clearances.
  • for any reason, law does not permit exclusions of liability then, the liability of Indian Holidays shall be limited to such amount paid by the Client and retained by the Indian Holidays for the transaction in question.
  • FORCE MAJURE SITUATIONS:Client agrees that there can be exceptional situations where the various service providers like the airlines, hotels, the respective transportation providers or concerns may not be able to honor the confirmed bookings due to various exceptional reasons like climatic conditions, labor unrest, insolvency, political unrest, business exigencies, government decisions, operational and technical issues, route and flight cancellations etc. If Indian Holidays is informed in advance of such situations where dishonor of bookings may happen, it will make its best efforts to provide similar or alternative booking options to its client or refund the booking amount after reasonable service charges, if supported and refunded by that respective service operators. Client agrees that Indian Holidays being an agent for only facilitating the booking services shall not be responsible for any such circumstances and the customers have to contact that service provider directly for any further resolutions and refunds. In case of any situation arises due to natural calamities, riots or political reasons the settlement of claims, refunds and compensation if any would be settled as per the policies of the principal suppliers & Indian Holidays will only play the role of facilitator to resolve the issues.
  • Client agrees that in situations due to any technical or other failure in Indian Holidays, services committed earlier may not be provided or may involve a lot of modification. In such cases, Indian Holidays shall refund the entire amount received from the customer for availing such services minus the applicable cancellation, refund or other charges, which shall completely discharge any and all liabilities of Indian Holidays against such non-provision of services or deficiencies. Additional liabilities, if any, shall be borne by the client.
  • Indian Holidays shall not be liable for delays or inabilities in performance or nonperformance in whole or in part of its obligations due to any causes that are not due to its acts or omissions and are beyond its reasonable control, such as acts of God, fire, strikes, embargo, acts of government, acts of terrorism or other similar causes, problems at airlines, rails, buses, hotels or transporters end. In such event, the client affected will be promptly given notice as the situation permits depending on when the information is received by Indian Holidays.
  • Without prejudice to whatever is stated above, the maximum liability on part of Indian Holidays arising under any circumstances, in respect of any services , shall be limited to the refund of total amount received from the customer for availing the services less any cancellation, refund or others charges, as may be applicable. In no case the liability shall include any loss, damage or additional expense whatsoever beyond the amount charged by Indian Holidays for its services.
  • By accepting this offer, it is believed that the Client has clearly understood the itinerary, Terms & conditions, Payment schedule & cancellation policy of Indian Holidays & he/she is in agreement with the same. Client availing services from Indian Holidays shall be deemed to have read, understood and expressly accepted the terms and conditions of booking, which shall govern the provision of such services by Indian Holidays for all purposes, and shall be binding on the client. All rights and liabilities of the client and/or Indian Holidays with respect to any services to be provided by Indian Holidays shall be restricted to the scope of this agreement.The decision to book this tour and to proceed on trip is completely of the client without any deliberate enticements or allurements or inducement by the staff of Indian Holidays or by the associate/vendors/supplier of Indian Holidays. Indian Holidays request you to consult your local authorities and evaluate travel prohibitions,warnings, announcements and advisories issued by them before booking travel to certain international destinations. By offering for sale travel to particular destinations Indian Holidays does not represent or warrant that travel to such point is advisable or without risk. Indian Holidays does not accept liability for damages, losses or delays that may result from improper documents for entry, exit, length of stay, or from travel to such destinations.
  • If Client does not agree with any part of such terms, conditions and notices, the client must not avail Indian Holidays services.


Definitions: Client means the person/s in whose name and/or whose behalf the Booking is made and/or whose name appears on the Booking Form, Invoices and Service Voucher and includes every person availing the services of the Indian Holidays.Infant / Child: An 'Infant' means a person below the age of two years, and a 'Child' means a person from the age of two and below the age of twelve years.Independent contractor/supplier/vendor means supplier of any infrastructural facility and shall include hotel managements, airlines, caterers, restaurants, places of entertainment like theme parks, museums, art galleries etc shipping Indian Holidays, railway, ferry, cruise, coach who are to provide the services to the Client.Third party product – means a product designed and operated by any person or concern other than Indian Holidays and will include cruises, rail passes / tickets, group/individual tours, hotels, transportation etc.
